Hornets’ Guard Jarrett Jack Arrested for DUI Near Atlanta
by Josh Dhani on February 21, 2011
Back-up New Orleans’ Hornets point guard, Jarrett Jack, was arrested for a DUI today, according to the Associated Press.
The 27-year-old guard was reportedly clocked at 66-mph in a 45-mph zone. His Mercedes Benz was weaving.
Jack would fail the sobriety test and would head to the jail to take a breath test. He was measured at .08, which is just under the legal limit.
He was released from jail last night and also had the failure to maintain in driving in a lane.
Gee, that’s just disappointing. Jack is averaging 7.6 points per game and has a game coming up next against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday.
